We are a family farm that started because we love the country and wanted to grow our own food. It is important to us to grow chemical free, high quality meats and produce to feed our family. This endeavor has evolved into a business mainly by word of mouth. We now grow free range chickens (and eggs) and some of the best vegetables around! We also grow Gourmet Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms for the retail market!!

This is our fourth year of growing fish in our greenhouse using AQUAPONICS. This means that we are growing food fish (bluegill) in a 3000 gallon tank and recirculation system in which the fish water flows through vegetable plant grow beds to feed the plants. The water is also purified by the plants as they take up the nutrients and then it is returned back to the fish tank! This gives us two crops at the same time and saves water resources and the environment. We are excited to watch this project progress and look forward some good tasting fish/ vegetable dinners with our friends!
